cute little voice...

harrison has been acting not so much like himself lately, so we took him to the doctor and he has his first ear infection. i'm so sad for him but it has made him have the cutest little raspy voice and cry. (and much quieter i will also add.) i tired to get him to talk...it's kind of a weird angle but i finally did get him to "sing" instead of just staring at the camera.

harrison's first trip...

not getting out of tulsa since march, once labor day weekend came around we were ready for a break! we decided to take a four-day trip, to one of my favorite cities, dallas to visit some friends, eat at some fun restaurants and do some shopping! we were kind of nervous about the four hour car ride but our little buddy did great! he really did so well the whole weekend...i have to say he is turning into quite the little shopper!
the first two night we stayed with our friends alan and taneta. this picture is at one of our favorite breakfast places, la duni.

we stayed our last two nights with keith and jessica melker and their eight month old triplets: hayden, payson and madison. it was really rough getting all the kids to pose for a picture...these are the best we got:

busy weekend...

this past weekend we had a lot going on...
FRIDAY night we went to a going away party for a good friend from ORU - Mandi Cody.

SATURDAY we went to a wedding for a friend from ORU where they had the funnest wedding "cake" I have ever seen...

SUNDAY we had a shower for Matt & Lisa Pinnell well actually for Matt Jr....it was kid central...

i'm finally a blogger...

here we are in the wonderful world of blogging and hopefully someone besides my dad will actually read this.

here is a little background on us:
joey and i have been married for four years now! which have been four great year that have flown on by! for our fourth anniversary we got the best gift ever...harrison peter a cute, cuddly 9 lb boy! life has been kind of crazy since. it is definitely a big adjustment...but a good one!
